Summer Day Camp Registration Information

The total cost of Summer Day Camp is $125. A $35 non-refundable deposit is required when the registration paperwork is submitted. Any remaining balance is due two weeks before the week of camp. Only checks and cash will be accepted. Your registration is only valid if ALL four forms are filled out and the deposit is received.

Once you have completed all of the forms, you can drop them and your payment off in person or mail it to:

(The 'Code of Conduct', 'Medical Information & Release,' and 'Over the Counter & Prescription Medication Summary' forms included in this packet were created for our residential Summer Camp program, rather than Day Camp. However, the gist of the documents still holds true if you would please overlook some text that may not seem to apply.)
